The Safe Circle Complete Digital Bundle
Every child needs to know who their Safe Adults are and how to speak up when something feels wrong. Guy & Cesar’s Safe Circle introduces these ideas through a calm, age-appropriate story your child will love. The five adult guides that come with it help you read it together, notice how your child responds, and know what to do next.
What is included:
The storybook
- Guy & Cesar’s Safe Circle Storybook (PDF): 47 illustrated pages across 11 chapters and a conclusion, covering feelings, personal boundaries, safe words, trusted adults and speaking up.
The five adult guides (five separate PDFs, numbered so you can use them in order)
- Adult Companion: goes through the book illustration by illustration. For each one you get the exact wording, a description of the picture, the idea behind it, and one simple thing to say to your child.
- Observation & Discussion Toolkit: calm prompts and checklists for before, during and after reading, what to watch for, what to do if a child tells you something serious, and a notes log.
- Red Flags & Risk Indicators Guide: helps you recognise patterns in four areas: emotional and behavioural signs, language, boundaries and body safety, and a child’s surroundings.
- Safeguarding Scorecard: turns what you have noticed into a simple 34-point score across those four areas.
- Decision & Action Plan: shows what to do next for each score (Green, Amber, Orange or Red), with notes for home, school and professional settings, and a record sheet.
The guides include tick-box checklists and write-in sheets you can print. They support calm conversations and help you decide what to do next. They do not diagnose or investigate, and they do not replace professional judgement or statutory safeguarding procedures.
