Refund Policy

Guy & Cesar Ltd provides digital safeguarding toolkits and structured educational materials delivered digitally. Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access upon purchase, refunds are handled under specific conditions outlined below.
Digital Products
All products sold on guyandcesar.com are digital downloads, including safeguarding toolkits, structured implementation materials, and educational resources. No physical goods are shipped.
Under UK consumer law, digital content supplied immediately after purchase and accessed by the customer is exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following limited circumstances:
• Verified technical access issues that prevent the product from being downloaded or opened, and which we are unable to resolve
• Material misrepresentation between the product description and the delivered content
• Accidental duplicate purchase of the same product where the download has not been accessed twice
Refunds are not granted for change of mind after access or download.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
• The digital product has been downloaded or accessed
• The issue relates to user device compatibility not specified in the product description
• The request is based solely on preference or change of mind
