Digital product delivery
All digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.
After successful payment, you will receive access to download your files. Access may be provided immediately after checkout and/or via email.
Shipping
Digital products are not shipped. Shipping details do not apply to digital downloads.
Returns and refunds for digital products
Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately, refunds are not normally available once a download link has been accessed or files have been downloaded.
If you experience a genuine technical issue (for example the download link does not work, the file will not download, or the file appears corrupted), please contact us and we will help you access the product.
If we cannot resolve a genuine technical problem, we will review the order and provide a fair outcome.
Accidental duplicate purchases
